Through the years I’ve struggled with so many different things . I grew up with parents fighting and then when going to school getting bullied for things I couldn’t control. I had so much stuff going on in my life from a young age that I couldn’t take it . I tried a lot of stuff like self harm and not eating . I used to stay in my room all summer and when I got home and not eat and I would go like that until I couldn’t take it and then eat only enough to get by . Growing up my mom would always fight and take it out on me and my siblings . My used to yell a lot and get drunk . I struggled with a lot of stuff . I struggled with allot . Whatever your going through your not alone in and something that really helped was finding someone to talk to and it may seem cheesy but trust me it helps . It may be me in the comments on here or it may be someone at school like a teacher or sibling or a journal. Just try it! It helped me channel my emotions better and anger better to be around others . Journaling is something that is therapeutic and cheap ask a teacher or friend for a notebook and pencil and jot down anything your feeling and it doesn’t have to make sense.
